Various high grade materials such as aluminum, brass, beryllium copper, stainless steel, pre-hardened and heat treated materials are employed producing mold components including hydraulic, pneumatic, side blocks, and lifters. Expert tooling includes machine fixtures, inspection gauges, hot stamping fixtures, and sonic welding tools. Our state of the art equipment and highly developed production methods produce molds in sizes up to 30" in length, 20" in width, and 2,000 lbs. in weight while holding industry standard tolerances.
