Plastic Molds & Tooling Design & Fabrication Services

ASPEC is pleased to offer custom plastic injection molds and tooling, providing full service options including design, mold build, fabrication, and machining. This service includes maintenance, and repair of molds and tooling as well as full service fabrication. Various high grade materials such as aluminum, brass, beryllium copper, stainless steel, pre-hardened and heat treated materials are employed producing mold components including hydraulic, pneumatic, side blocks, and lifters. Expert tooling includes machine fixtures, inspection gauges, hot stamping fixtures, and sonic welding tools. Our state of the art equipment and highly developed production methods produce molds in sizes up to 30" in length, 20" in width, and 2,000 lbs. in weight while holding industry standard tolerances.
